Our trips are perfect if you:

• Love adventure but don’t want to plan every detail

• Want to travel with a local guide who familarizes you with the country in a meaningful way

• Want authentic experiences, not just photo ops

• Enjoy traveling with new people but still value your own space

  good food, parties, homestays, dance lessons,

You don’t need to fit a specific “type,” just bring your curiosity and a good attitude!

Our groups will be a maximum of 18-20 people, and in many cases will run with as few at 6-8.

We like experiences that feel authentic, so fewer people = better experiences, deeper connections, and way more flexibility.

Just get yourself to the destination, we’ll pick you up at the airport, and we do the rest. It’s that easy.

We’ve seen people on our tours between ages 22-65. Honestly, each destination speaks to different travelers, so the group changes with each location. Sometimes, we have a daughter and dad, couples, more solo female travelers, or groups of families.

Every tour is a welcoming environment to get to know people we wouldn’t normally have uninterrupted time to hang out with, which is what makes it really special.

Deposits

• Deposits are refundable for 30 days after payment.

Non-Refundable Payments

• Payments for trips starting within 60 days are non-refundable.

• Payments made after the stated deadline are non-refundable.

• Deposits are automatically non refundable if made within 90 days of the trip
  launch date.

• The full trip payment is due 90 days before the trip launch date.

• Refunds must be requested in writing via email and approved thereafter.

Limited Credit for Emergencies

• In documented medical or family emergencies, a credit of up to 20% of the
  payment may be applied toward a future Wild World Tours trip.

• Credit is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen
  circumstances not covered by this policy.
